You will be communicating directly with an owner who cares about your holiday, so you will receive a timely and helpful response to any communication.
You can rely on the information you receive being comprehensive, honest and transparent:
We provide accurate descriptions and information so that you know what you can expect from the property and location
We are clear about what is included in the price, and any surcharges that may apply, so that you know the true cost of your holiday rental
We ensure our terms and conditions are available to you before booking so that you understand what both parties are agreeing to
We furnish you with directions for finding the property, and details including arrival and departure times and arrangements, so that you are clear about these important basics
We explain what to do in an emergency
We provide details of whom to contact in the unlikely event of a problem and will act with speed so that you experience minimal inconvenience
We leave instructions for using appliances and equipment, plus local tourist literature, so that you can make the most of your holiday
We make you aware of any planned grounds or garden maintenance, and will not enter the property without your permission, except in an emergency, so that your privacy is respected
We treat our guests as we would like to be treated.
We do our best to ensure that guests have the holiday they want.
And finally, we actively seek your feedback and suggestions so that other guests can benefit, and you too when you return!
